Benjamin Jaeger's picture

Jaeger began fencing competitively at age 13 under the training of Zoran Tulum.  Since arriving at Cornell, he has shown a number of impressive results. In his freshman season, he held a .806 record, the highest on the saber squad for that year. In his second year he served as the club’s treasurer and placed 16th out of 98 in the USACFC club championship saber individual.
Prior to Cornell, Jaeger attended a number of local and national competitions, earning a B08 ranking.  He has proved to be one of the most dedicated competitors on the team, travelling on many spare weekends to competitions in the Western New York division.
A junior in the College of Engineering majoring in Computer Science, Jaeger will serve as club Co-Captain in Fall 2011 - Spring 2012.
